The Junior League of DeKalb County, Inc. is excited to learn of your interest in serving our community! Our membership is made up of women from all stages of life. We would love for you to join us!
Active membership in the Junior League of DeKalb County begins with our New Member course. Each fall and spring our New Members begin a series of activities that includes community service, education, training, team building and fun. Through this experience you will get to know the League and the positive impact we have on our community, and we will get to know you and how we can help you lead and serve in Dekalb County.
Prior to the beginning of each New Member class we have an Open House and Informational Meeting for interested women to come visit, ask questions, and understand the obligations of membership. It is a casual setting with some snacks and drinks.
**The next Open House will be held on Thursday, August 12th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Mary Gay House (716 W. Trininty Place Decatur, GA)**
As a member of the Junior League of DeKalb County, you will have the opportunity to work side by side other JLD women in volunteer shifts, attend our socials and fundraisers, and plan your very own service project and socials.
